From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the friendly and welcoming staff. The peaceful spot where we stayed in a unique "gypsy caravan" was absolutely mind-blowing. It was such a treat to enjoy a drink on the terrace overlooking the picturesque pond. The swimming pool was super and provided a refreshing escape from the summer heat. The dinner at the restaurant was jaw-droppingly excellent, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The entire staff was not only friendly but also efficient, ensuring that we felt relaxed throughout our stay. The owners were absolutely adorable and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The hotel itself was cozy and tastefully decorated with an eye for detail. The beautiful garden with its charming little spots added to the peaceful ambiance. Although we didn't use the seasonal outdoor pool, it looked inviting with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. if you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, this hidden gem in a small and quiet village is the perfect option. Whether you're looking to relax in the garden or explore the surrounding area through cycling, canoeing, fishing, or horseback riding, Maison de Mézos is a top choice. The fact that they also allow pets and offer board games for entertainment only adds to the positive experience. Additionally, the hotel offers wheelchair access, making it a suitable choice for all. Don't miss out on this incredible getaway spot!

The hotel's rustic decor and charming general areas instantly took me back in time. The wooden caravans with picturesque views of the lake added a touch of nostalgia to my stay. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with everything conveniently located and easily accessible. It made my vacation at Maison De Mezos feel comfortable and stress-free.
The only thing I would have asked for to make it an even better vacation for senior people is a little more attentiveness from the children working there. A warm and genuine welcome, along with a little assistance throughout my stay, would have made a significant difference.

I gotta say, for the price we paid, we got a lot of bang for our buck at Maison De. The room was super cozy and beautifully decorated, definitely an eye for detail. Plus, the location in that quiet village across the church was just what we needed to escape the hustle and bustle. The hosts were the icing on the cake, so welcoming and hospitable. And let me tell you, that garden with the pool and pond was pure bliss.
The hotel breakfast menu could've used a little boost. A plate of fruit would've been a nice touch, ya know?
